Brad was born and raised in the Upstate and currently lives in Greenville with his wife Lauren, his three sons, Benjamin, Caleb, Elijah, and his daughter Eden. 

Why is Brad so passionate about your real estate experience?

When Lauren was pregnant with their first son, they bought their first home. They were told that they didn’t need a Realtor and have regretted following that advice. When it came time to sell that house, Brad and Lauren had the misfortune of having poor representation. These hardships are now what drive Brad to provide you with the best possible experience. He believes good communication is an important starting point to keeping you informed about the process.

He wants to make sure you understand everything you are signing. If you are like most people, buying a home is the biggest purchase you will ever make. Even if you bought a home in the last few years, it’s likely the process and contracts have changed. Brad prides himself on keeping up to date on the latest contracts, addendums, and changes in South Carolina real estate to ensure as smooth a transaction as possible.

 “The brokerage’s owner, Marcus Wondracek, has built a company that thrives on teamwork and it really does feel like a family to me.
